Improving the quality of life in Southeast Ohio by providing home repair and care training opportunities for residents in our community.
Our hands-on workshops will cover 9 different topics around essential home repair and care over a 10 week period.
Each workshop will be held on Tuesday with 2 time slots available, 1pm & 6pm. They will be 90 minutes long and cost $30. To see the workshop descriptions and to register see the calendar below.

Build A Basic Workbench - Working With Saws - $60
This workshop is the first in our special series highlighting a tool or set of tools. Saws can be intimidating but in this session, you will learn about and operate a table saw, circular saw, miter saw and hand saw while building a basic workbench which YOU WILL TAKE HOME! Don't need a workbench? You can donate it to be sold at the Athens ReStore. Conquer that fear and take this workshop. You'll be glad you did!
Please bring a truck or have a plan to get your workbench home.
