Both kitchen and bathroom cabinets in sets or individual pieces. Must have no structural or water damage. All must be complete containing all doors and drawers.

Doors must be in good condition, with no rotted wood or broken glass.

Residential electric items only.

Carpet remnants and area rugs must be in excellent condition with no visible wear, tear, stains or animal smells.
No carpet padding accepted.
Hardwood flooring must have no splitting or cracking.
Vinyl and ceramic tile must be unused, and in excellent condition.

We do not accept box springs or mattresses.

Complete sets of door hardware, hinges, etc. Any quantity of nails, screws, fasteners, hangers, connectors, etc. Rusty hardware is not accepted.

All mounting hardware must be included.
Ceiling fans must be new in a box.

All lumber and trim must be free of ALL nails and screws
All lumber must be a minimum of 4 feet in length, with no warping
Sheet goods (particle board, paneling, plywood) must be at least a quarter (1/4) sheet with no damage
Trim and molding must be a minimum of 4 feet in length.

Window AC units
Hand and power tools (in good working condition)
Pallets of brick or glass block
Stone pavers
Books (How-to, DIY, or skilled trades only)
Mini-blinds and window shades (new in a box)

Original can, lid must be free of dried paint and rust.
Partial cans are accepted.

Must be in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, rust or water damage.

We also do not accept upholstered furniture with tears, stains, smoke or pet damage.
All sofas must have feet. All mechanical furniture (ie:recliners) must be working condition.

Windows must be complete units with all sashes and frames. No rotted wood, cracked, or foggy glass. With the exception of some very large windows, all donated windows should be dropped off with the sashes installed in the frames.
